Dr. Güncel Öztürk
Güncel Öztürk dedicated his life to two passions: Aesthetics and Art. Meet the plastic surgery art of a human sculptor, Güncel Öztürk.
Güncel Öztürk, born in Istanbul in 1979 to an artist father, was immersed in art from a young age. He graduated from Istanbul University’s Cerrahpasa Medical Faculty in 2003 and pursued plastic surgery due to its close connection to the arts. Under the guidance of renowned surgeons, he specialized in rhinoplasty and facial aesthetics during his six-year medical education, which included training at Yale University, New Haven Hospital Plastic and Reconstructive Department of General Surgery, Connecticut-USA in 2006, and the University of Miami, Jackson Memorial Hospital Aesthetics, Plastic and Reconstructive Department of General Surgery, Florida-USA in 2007. Öztürk received European Plastic Surgery Accreditation and became a Plastic and Aesthetic Surgical Specialist.
He is the owner of Hairneva, showcasing his expertise in professional hair transplantation, as well as Dr. Go Smile, the dental clinic.

What should be considered before the surgery?
Before the surgery, all tests recommended by the doctor should be completed, smoking and alcohol consumption should be stopped, and any medications being taken should be discussed. It is also important to follow all preoperative instructions given by the doctor, which may include dietary adjustments and information on medication usage.
Can aesthetic operations be combined?
Yes, some surgeries can be combined and performed in a single operation. Procedures like facelift and neck lift, or tummy tuck and liposuction, can be combined.
How long does a nose job take?
A rhinoplasty operation typically takes 2-4 hours, but it may take longer in cases of revision (previously operated noses) or more complex procedures.
When does the swelling go down after a nose job?
Postoperative swelling will peak within the first week. It will gradually decrease over the next 2-3 weeks, but the complete settling of the nasal structure can take 6-12 months, varying from person to person.
How long does breast augmentation take?
A mammaplasty procedure typically takes around 1-2 hours, but it may take longer in cases of revision (patients who have had previous procedures) or more complex procedures.
Can breast lift and breast augmentation be done simultaneously?
Yes, breast lift and breast augmentation surgeries can be done simultaneously.
How to prepare for an endoscopic pentalift lifting operation?
During the examination with Dr. Güncel Öztürk, a photo of your face is taken, and the ideal design for your face is created, along with 3D images. After the surgery, the potential appearance of your eyebrows, outer corners of the eyes, and cheek area is shown to you through a prepared 3D simulation.
What is the recovery process like after liposuction?
After the operation, dressing is applied and a special liposuction garment is worn. Depending on the size of the operation and the type of anesthesia used, you may be discharged from the hospital the same day or the next day. You can typically return to normal work life between 2 days to 2 weeks depending on the procedure performed. There is not usually significant pain after the operation; painkillers are provided to alleviate any discomfort. Swelling, discoloration, numbness, or tingling may occur in the treated area, but these usually resolve within 3 weeks. The liposuction garment (corset) should be worn for about 5 weeks. The liposuction cannula entry points are typically 2-4 mm in size and become barely noticeable within 3 months. You will notice the new shape given to your body by the operation more clearly from the third week onwards. The healing process takes about 1 year, during which the liposuction area will take its final shape.
